Masutani May is a glass artist from Singapore living in Toyama, Japan.

She used the process of flameworking and glassblowing to create both sculptural glasswork and everyday housewares. May primarily uses clear glass to convey the ephemeral and transient quality of moments between people and their interactions with the surrounding environment.

In 2020, May graduated from the Toyama Institute of Glass Art and has been living and working in Toyama since. She runs her own studio practice as well as works as an assistant for several glass artists in Toyama.
